      Re: mayonnaise

As Dr Atkins changed the rules on using cottage cheese in DANDR, allowing us to use cream cheese instead I think many of us just decided to use cream cheese instead of cottage cheese when using his original induction recipes, so we could eat them on induction rather than waiting till we had reached the Dairy level/rung of OWL .

So maybe we should call our recipe 'New Revolution Rolls' instead to avoid confusion

Anyway, returning to the original question posted, I find little difference in the taste of making my 'new rev rolls' with mayo rather than cream cheese, so it might be OK to adapt Cleo's oopsie recipe to use mayo instead of the cream cheese called for.

The only way would be to try it and see, Kline - once you can get your eggwhites to stiff peaks

If they work maybe you can call them 'May-oopsies'
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
