Yes, you can be in ketosis and not lose weight.
It's also normal not to lose weight every week. You might even have months with no weight loss.

The color on the sticks is not important... it's definitely not an indicator of your rate of fat loss.
Also, you can be doing Atkins wrong and still be in ketosis.

I really wish people wouldn't use the sticks. The sticks are no indication of wether you will lose weight or not. You can be in ketosis and not lose weight just like you can lose weight and not be in ketosis.
Like mentioned post a menu and maybe we can help but it may just be a little stall (official stalls are 4 weeks with no weight or inches lost). I just finished a 3 week mini stall. But I lost 3.6lbs when it finally broke so it still averages out at around a pound a week so I can't complain. Was very hard to keep my resolve up for those 3 weeks though. I did it and so can you.

Actually, Dr. Atkins recommends using the sticks, he indicated that some use them because they gained comfort by using them. He did say in DANDR02, the later on the sticks were not necessary. Personally, I use them once a day, and at times I'm in little ketosis, sometimes large ketosis, most of the time I'm in moderate.
As with anything, use of ketose test strips are optional. The whole darned program is optional and it's all on the honor system. However, if you want to follow the ANA then you will get better result than when you don't.
If the test strips work for you use them, if you gain nothing from them then let them slide!
Is your time of the month (TOM) coming up?
I always gain 2 lbs about a week to week and a half before TOM and lose it all and more a few days after TOM starts.
