  • Cottage Cheese on Induction

I'm in ketosis while on day 3 of Induction - question: I've been eating cottage cheese on lettuce with tomatoes for meals. Is this bad?

    Thank you -

Cottage cheese is not allowed on Induction.

As a teacher, this time of year is hard. Two words....spring parties. My sixth grade class asked for a spring party and I happily obliged them. Today I was faced with.

It's not "bad" but it's not allowed on induction. Dairy is not introduced until later, in OWL.

          Re: Cottage Cheese on Induction

Not allowed on induction = true...

Also, look at the carb count, and the serving it takes to get there.

The only dairy I consume on atkins is heavy cream and whole fat cheeses.
