I'm very new to Atkins, so all I know is to subtract the fiber from the carbs on a food label. If this bar has 19carbs and 11fiber, the bar should be 8net carbs, right?
Then HOW does the bar advertise that its only 3 net carbs? I'm looking at the wrapper right now (after I ate it, of course
) and it says 3 net carbs. What else could they be using to reduce the net carbs by 5?
Please help! I'm going to throw the box away if they're really 8net carbs!
THANK YOU!!
