EVERY NIGHT for the last few nights I've had high-carb food dreams. In these dreams I'm always tempted to eat some non-Atkins foods. Mostly bread/rolls/danish/etc. So far, at the last moment I'll catch myself and not eat it at the last moment. Of course, I wake up famished. Has anyone else dealt with this?

Re: Dreams
Burn: I have been dealing with this frequently over the last three weeks. In my dreams I always eat the food and feel really badly for doing it. I wake up panicked and unsettled. I have also been dreaming about smoking a lot too, which I gave up a few years ago. It usually takes a couple weeks for my dreams to reference things that are going on in life, but I guess this is really at the forefront of our collective subconscious!

Re: Dreams
Although I haven't yet started having dreams of carbs, I do often dream of soda. You see for a New Years resolution, I gave up soda THREE YEARS AGO, and I often have dreams so vivid that I can taste Mt. Dew! But even though I give in, in my dreams, it has never enticed me to have a can throughout the day.
Good luck with the cravings!-Lorien
