    I ate 18 carbs yesterday-- just barely but I made it! YAY!!!!

              Here I am. Yesterday, Sunday, was a hard one to track as I ate out a lot. I believe I hit the 17 net grams yesterday as I still ate the peppers, jicama and a salad which has got me there all week.

                      Thank you Jimmie and Silly for this challenge. It was an eye opener, don't know how you all manage to get so many more carbs in per day. My 12 to 15 net was hard to get through.

                          I'm curious, how many will keep up the higher veggie consumption now? Maybe not as high, that was kind of hard, but higher than you were?

                          Any fantastic weight loss because of the added veggies?

                            i lost a couple pounds that had been hanging around in my practice week. that was fine with me. nothing during the real challenge.

                            i do plan on keeping things going. what's changed is that i am drinking more tomato juice than ever. that instead of green tea and coffee now. that's a change for the better. the green tea can be the evening treat.

                              I'm defintely going to! The natural fiber was a blessing, so was the variety. LOVE spaghetti squash and jicama. I'm considering hitting the ladders so I can add more carbs. But first I need to figure out just how much other things may be affecting my loss, if they are at all.
