Well, its the new year already and I am slackin badly
! Thought I would set some new goals for myself!!!!!
1. Water Water Water!!!!! DRINK IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2. Cut back on nuts and cheese
3. Cut way back on alcohol! Don't drink it! Drink water instead!!!!!
4. Exercise at least 4x per week!
5. Start logging into fitday again!!!!!!!
