I need everyones help on here thats not part of a challenge already or if you are too help me out! i restarted today and i need this to keep me on track. im gonna say that i need to do certain things per day. im not going to weigh myself everyday like i used to. one day a week.. i guess ill say THURSDAY is weigh in day so if you want to be in.. let me know and we'll weigh in and make it like a competition.. im bad at this im not sure how you do it but i need to get something going where at least...
