I hate winters, and would rather live somewhere south, either Florida or California. Anyone have a job for me out there???? My new company that I just started with a month ago, head office is southern California, so who knows???? I'd give up winters in a snap!

I would prefer a place much warmer. Of course when I was younger, I loved the snow and skiing here in Vermont but as I get older I am finding myself thinking more and more about warm weather. So much more to do outside - gardening, running, camping and so forth. Bring on the sun!!! Fall is beautiful here so I don't mind that at all but the winters are so cold!
