Here's Linda... although, I do believe she's happily taken.

This one inspired my 16 bean with pork chop soup I made in my crock over night.

Yummy! That soup looks good; especially on a rainy night!!

Is your version just adding the bag of 16 beans and pork chops? If so, that sounds great! I need to add it to the bean soup recipe when I print it out.

          Thanks!

            Yeah, Kat.

I just bought a bag of the 16 bean soup (my family loves bean soups) and threw it in the crock pot with some seasoning and 1 chopped onion last night on low then turned it to "warm" over night. I did it that way because I knew the morning would be hectic...school (of course). Then in the early morning I added 4 small frozen pork chops into the crock, add a little more seasoning (since the beans soak up the first session of seasoning), and cranked it back up to low during the day. Since I'm eating a little bit of beans I allow a 1/4 cup of beans, the broth and pork chop.

I love Linda's site! She's got some really great ideas. Althought I don't have the guar gum, or whatever, I just usually make it without the fancy additives and it still tastes pretty good to me.

I swear by this italian casserole (induction friendly as well!)

I make it all the time in teh winter, great comfort food, and tastes even better the next day as leftovers. I have mine over 'riced' cauliflower, and I serve it to the family over egg noodles or pasta. It's one of my stepdaughters favorite meals.

I haven't yet had a bad experience with any of hte recipes on there.

                Thanks, Sadie.

I was just looking for ideas to make for dinner tomorrow night. That looks good and probably make an accent of flax bread as "garlic toast" with a side salad.
