One of the greatest things about living and sleeping alone is getting to sleep wherever you want and whenever you want, or not at all! I love my couch. I tend to fall asleep there a lot because I only watch TV late at night after everything else has been dealt with.
Now... when I did share a bed with my EX, I was on the left hand side if you stood at the bottom of it and looked up toward the headboard, though I always faced the opposite direction from him to sleep with my back to him.
Okay, I just realized I could go on for days about sleep habits etc and where I slept and how depending on how you're standing, either side could be left or right.. egad, I'm a chatter box.

it depends on how the roomi s set up LOL. I always sleep onthe side closest to the door.
If Im ina hotel with two beds- the bed farthest from teh door on the side closest to the door.
hows that for confusing? If the Bf gets up int he middle of the night, I typically move over to his side for some reason and then he just goes with it and sleeps on my side of the bed.Female, 30

I'm currently sleeping on the right side of the bed since I rearranged furniture. DH sleeps closest to the door in case of unwelcome visitors.Comment
