                well they got the new corn husseys exercise challenge you just got to checkout in ( excuse me if I nmiss somebody cause they keep adding more corn hussies) cathyjobob's, lyssie's, outback_jess's adena's, valeries' (he one with that shrinking cat icon) and julirama's ( sp???) chat journals. some how they are going to do exercise miles to met in Des Moines IOWA cause it is 1000 minles for the original 3 folk in the challenge and do it in 3 weeks too !!!!!!! oh and it has to be all new miles not counted in any other challenge. I thought we were exercise addits but i lay my cyber exercise whip down for them

                          they have this virtual system figured out to do it in 5 miles a week actual miles I think but still someday get to DesMoines go check them out and met them they are a great bunch of Atkins low carbers struggling along to goal weight and health.
