So who’s got a holiday planned for the summer??
Are you cringing at the thought of the beach attire you’ll have to squeeze into?? ( I know I am!!)
Well help is at hand!! Just enrol onto the Bikini/Trunk Challenge that Angelstar and myself are running
We’ll have you into that Jennifer Aniston Bikini or those Brad Pit Trunks for the summer – I promise!!
It's a realistic challenge that will get you into that swimwear just in time for your best holiday ever!! You may even have to cover up to stop the wolf-whistles!! Hehe
The challenge will run over a 20 week period and will comprise of:-
A minimum of 3 hours cardio exercise a week – this can be any exercise, but must burn a minimum of 400 cals an hour – I’ll get a list of different activities and how many calories they burn
400 sit ups/crunches a week – this is essential to get that 6 pack!
Drink a minimum of 3 litres of water a day!! This will really help the weight loss
You will measure yourself every 5 weeks – I’ll remind you all when to do it and you can pm me your measurements for my charts.
I’ll send you a printable chart so you can keep track, but you must post on the forum or I’ll be after you!!! Lol
You must also take a photo of yourself at the beginning of the challenge and then at the end – its for your own records – but by all means you are welcome to post your before and after photo at anytime you like!
