It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I'm the loser here ............ LOL I think last month I received 1, it was from my daughter but I am not even sure I would know how to reply .......... LOL

Way to many. I had to get unlimited text messaging on my phone. I keep up with my children's activities and changing schedules by text message not to mention friends and family.Comment
