i'm sick

Hey guys need some advise on what i can take meds wise!! i was bold on my hen weekend and have started induction again!! I have a bit of a chest infection the minute i lie down at night the coughing starts and i cannot stop i am so tired today and i still have the cough this morning! Is there anything i can take that will not feck me up???

If i go to the docs he will just give me steroids!!

Go into the chemist an ask them for a sugar free cough syrup!

aine i am so sorry you are not feeling well

stick with emma she knows more than me. not for a cough but a sore through, an old remedy i used to try was a little bit of honey mixed with a little bit of whiskey .........i suppose that is not good with carbs and all though.

I find if you read the ingredients, there are alot of cough syrups and drops that have no sugar in them. They don't advertise as or say sugar free on them for some reason though..i did have to read thru them. If you are having a hard time finding one you might also want to check the diabetics section of the drug store.

I had a 3 week chest cold that's just clearing up now...so you have my sympathy!

i got EXPUTEX it is a sugar free cough bottle!! i am out of here at 4 and off to bed so tired today!

only use it when you NEED to, nothing syrupy like that is good for you!
