*Podcasts, RSS code what the heck???*

Hi Folks, :wave

I'm trying to figure out this whole Podcast thing.

Ok, I understand you need RSS codes and feeds...groan, I still have no idea how to convert an MP3 file or files into RSS.

I've downloaded Ipodder, Blogmatrix, Propaganda and Audacity - and I'm still lost. Do you need a website to host the Podcast or can I host it on my FTP space?

Any help, as always will be much appreciated!
