    As a busy full time MOM of 3 it's easy to get caught up in the moment of the day and forget about yourself, however, it's important to have time for exercise and your children should not be an excuse for a Mom to not get in shape.
    How do I fit in Exercise? Well it's easy! I have found something I love and I also include my children in whatever I do. For instance, I love to lift weights and I also love to run. I went out and bought my kids small 1 pound dumbells so when I am lifting weights so are they but, I don't have to worry about them hurting themselves with the light weights. They are learning how to do exercise properly as well as watching their Mommie get into shape as well. That is a huge thing in preventing the obesity epidemic in children, getting them active, and as a heavy child it's even more important to include your children in what you do.
    My exercise each day takes me 1 hour. It's a full workout and my kids love the time they spend with me in the basement with the tunes cranked and their mom lifting or running. I watch them dance around and play, sometimes they need things but, with the weight training it's easy for me to stop for a moment get them what they need and resume. The kids have never been an excuse for me not to do it and also it's a time for me, and we all need that in our busy lives.
    Take time for you out of your busy scheduals as a Mom I know how busy it can get.
