Many thanks to Dotsamantha for writing this -
My name is Samantha, and I've been a member of ADBB since the end of February 2006. I began following Atkins March 6th, 2006 at 5'3" and 186 pounds and have since lost nearly 40 pounds and intend to lose about 10 more. Much of my success is due to the great community here. I had the privilege of participating in one of the ADBB bootcamps. I thought I knew alot about the different aspects of this WOL, but I learned so much more in those 2 weeks. The more intimate environment of the bootcamp forum really allowed everyone to explore their induction experience, share recipes, and examine their strengths and weaknesses. Whether you're just starting out or have been maintaining for a while, bootcamp is a great way to bring it back to the basics and remind yourself of what works. I plan to continue participating as much as I can and I just want to say thank you to all of the moderators, Tom, and the great members who I've become friends with!
