    This week at ADBB:

    Why not stop by Silly's Exerciser of the Week and send your props and rep points to Biogeek for a job well done! While you are looking around in the celebration forum you might want to take a peak at the names of the 20 members who have earned the cauliflower head award for the veggie challenge!

    Do you ever feel like you just have so many questions and don’t really know that many people on the board? Well, first off it is good to get input from other members and build those supporting relationships that make this way of life so much easier, but when you can’t find an answer you are wondering about, you will likely find it in the Atkins Bootcamp~frequently asked questions and answers forum. This is a closed forum meaning you can’t post messages or questions there, but you can do some great reading to find out some valuable info for the journey ahead!

    There are times that you just need a sandwich… am I right? If you like me are missing the fulfillment of sandwiches or just bread in general and are looking for an induction friendly option for your tuna salad or even for you hamburgers you have to check these out! I personally have tried these and they rock! So many things can be done with these rolls. Try the cheese danish for a great breakfast addition, or make the regular rolls for sandwich enjoyment.     Living the low carb lifestyle can be difficult for people to do at first. It means changing so many things in your life, but if you also struggle with addictions (of which there are many kinds) it can get even tougher.     It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
