    Some weeks just fly by!

    The I AM WORTH IT CHALLENGE started this past week, on June 10th. Challengers are doing a great job with the homework and board assignments. Some of those have really made one sit down and thnk. The challenge will be wrapping up on Turesday and some participation ribbons will be given out on Wednesday. If you happen to see a new award graphic in someone's signature, why not give them a pat on the back for a job well done.

    Sillygirl chose *Emma* as the Exerciser of the Week! Good choice!
    Grant was chosen Member of the Day by myself. I think that was a pretty good pick for the week. CONGRATS TO BOTH EMMA AND GRANT! Now they can display a new graphic in their signatures!

    If you're looking for a challenge to join, the new 6 WEC (Week Exercise Challenge) will begin this Sunday, June 17. This is a fantastic way to keep committed and motivated. Why not join today and try to gain one of the ribbons or the No Slug Award.
