    *I want to know what your favourite song is to work out to.*

    I am doing this with good reason. I just got a new MP3 player to take with me when I go work out and need to load it with some awesome "get me going" music.

    Right now mine is Black Eyed Pea's I think the name of the song is "Turn it up"

    Give me as many as you want but list your favourite first.

    Actually, when I first started walking I loaded my MP3 player with songs about tushies -- as in, "get moving and work your bu** off!" So I had that and "Baby Got Back" and "Fat Bottom Girls" etc. etc. etc.

      Any of Madonna's new music,
      the club remix to just about anything...especially that Listen to your heart song by Roxette...That is probably my second favorite ever.

      I need strong words in a song to think about when I'm exercising. Something motivates and moves me from my soul, ya know?? It has to be a song that sums up the way I feel about my life, past and present, and make me 'fight' for that change.

      OKa, so do I osund completely crazy? LOL

            I work out to the entire CD of Motley Crue - Red, White and Crue. It ROCKS!

            When I'm not working out to that one ... I work out to RATT - The Essentials

            ... or Judas Priest ... I'm a HUGE (no pun intended) 80's hairband and metal lover so !!!!!!!! Nothing rocks me better while working out than the nostalgia and just songs that ROCK hard!

                My personal favorite is "Lose Yourself" and "Shake That" by Eminem There is something about those two songs that get your blood pumping.

                  I really like the series of CDs called "Work This" - it's dance music that supposedly was mixed with beats that are optimal for a cardio work out. One of my favorites to get me moving is "Funky Fresh" by DJ Stew, off the first CD in the series. With that beat, you can't help but get your butt in action.

                        I just opened up iTunes and looked at my "Run" playlist. (Which is, obviously, the playlist of songs that I listen to when I run.)

                        My faves are:
                        • Crazy by Seal (LOVE this one!)
                        • If It's Lovin' That You Want by Rihanna
                        • Stayin' Alive by the Bee Gees
                        • You Haven't Done Nothin' by Stevie Wonder (Stevie Wonder has a LOT of awesome workout songs)
                        • Young Hearts Run Free by Candy Station (who said they loved disco?!)
                        Sometimes it's hard to concentrate on exercising because I just want to stop and dance...

                        A long time ago, I went from 317 to 234.

                          Sometimes I just listen to the radio and laugh with the disk jockies. Other times I use my MP3 and listen to all kinds of music. I don't have favorite work-out songs, I just like to listen to music when i work out.

                              I don't really "work out" but when I do my serious cooking I move my asss in the kitchen to some really pumped up music..does that count? ..My son made me a bunch of mixes of dancehall...Daddy Yankee, Shaggy's new stuff and Pitbull ...there are so many by these guys I like ..I can't pick one to tell you ...just pick any and I love it ...reggae dance hall mix and reggaeton are my all time favorites to move to in the kitchen

                              ...oh yeah ...I like Laffy Taffy...and according to my husbands sudden desire to join me in the kitchen when that song plays... have figured out how to move to it
