At home mom, cook, maid, and banker. I kind of wish I had a job so I could appreciate being home all day.

I wish I could be a housewife and get my house organized better (cleaned more). After working full-time for 25 years it would be nice to be my own boss, make my own hours and do whatever I wanted. If I didn't sleep good the night before, take a nap. If I felt like working in the garden, go outside and work with flowers. If I wanted to go swimming (or any other fun thing), go do it. Working full-time for all these years makes me feel like I missed out on so much and have lived in a cage. Many times I've looked outside from my desk and wished I could just be outside and have a picnic or go hiking.

I love going to college. I wish I had finished the first time around. I would definitely go back if I could cut down to part time. Right now I'm working overtime like crazy. I'm sure I'll be here until at least 9:00 pm tonight.Comment

LOL I had to check other. I was going to check the one that said I work for another, the man. But then I thought it needed to say, I work for another...THE MAN/WOMAN/ESSENCE ABOVE.

I own a business that I run out of my house. So I get to be the secretary/laborer/fix it person/sales person/order person/banker person etc etc etc all along with the Mom/Wife/Daughter/Daughter In Law/Cook/Housekeeper/Cook/Laundress, etc. etc. etc. No benefits, no vacation pay. Have to deal with Uncle Sam on a monthly basis. I think about it a lot, getting a "real job". Then I get over it! LOL.BARB
