Like a lot of others, I started a couple times and let myself slip back to the old habits. I went back on Atkins last November and struggled through the winter with ups and downs. I came back to the board in June and went on extended induction June 26, 2006. I'm determined to make it this time.

I'm on rung two of OWL right now. I'm trying to climb at a reasonable pace and not be too scared of adding new things to my diet!Started June 11, 2006

Completed: 1st set of buildings and mountains (Everest,M.Blanc & Kilimanjaro, twice); Tower Masts & Chimneys; More virtual buildings; Challenger's Choice x 2 (volcanos and mountains on Mars). Currently climbing: Mount Snowdon again: 416/475
Start 10 Jan 2005. Maintenance since Aug. 2005.

Owl 2 - Dairy rung here. This is the first time out of all the times I've attempted Atkins that I've started to move through the rungs. I was always afraid to move from induction because I thought I would quit loosing. That....and it was easier to just stay on induction.
I KNEW what and how much to eat of everything. So far I've dropped another 3 pounds since starting OWL.

Weighless, that's awesome! I'm so glad you decided to go through the rungs this time and are being so successful. Kat ~ Thank you! I did the induction for just 2 weeks this time. I love veggies so going to Owl 1 was easy.
Sally ~ Thanks!! I think I'll do soooo much better this time as my choices will be so much more varied than just on induction. Although I loved eating on induction. I think going thru the rungs of Owl will definately help me for the long haul.
