Re: What do you consider a "cheat?"
I have a very strict definition of cheating for myself. Anything that goes off plan. Whether it be too many carbs (even acceptable ones), non-acceptable foods, foods that aren't allowed in my current phase of Atkins. Anything that's not 100% as it should be is a cheat for me. It helps me minimize my mess-ups.
