I started Induction about 8 days ago and have not yet stepped on the scale. I think I'm scared to because if the amount isn't what I think it should be I might get to discouraged. Instead, I am checking a ketosis strip every couple of days and over analyzing how my clothes are fitting. I'm hoping to only check the scale every 2 weeks!

I voted for 1-a-day, although in another thread I mentioned that I weigh myself before and after exercise to replace fluids. On the days I don't ride (bike) I don't weigh.
I used to be a more than once a day gal - as in - each and every time i was anywhere near a scale. When we moved to the new place, I had my husband throw my scale in the trash. Now, I weigh once every few days either at the gym or at my girlfriend's house.
