  • Silly's Exerciser of the Week, November 29

You know, I think this person should include all of her typing in her calories burnt challenges!

Jimmie 48, you have been chosen as the Silly's exerciser of the week!

I can't keep up with you and your stability ball, calories burnt, exercise of the day and flight pledging! You have come a long way in your exercising and I'm really proud of you for that! I also recognize your efforts in getting these challenges going and continuing!

this sure puts the pressure on. thanks so much for the kind words. so many of you have been constant at nudging me and asking me how i am doing. i appreciate that more than you know. i can't take a drink of water anymore without thinking of saty and jess.

many of you probably know that i have been struggling with my exercise the past couple of weeks and some of you know why. i even questioned silly about that this morning. did i deserve to be recongnized since i had a couple of bad weeks? i've seen some fantastic work going on the past month by people that i think are so much more deserving, but silly made me think hard about the journey i am on and not so much of the past couple of weeks. it is her award to honor whom she sees fit. lucky for me!

i have accomplished much but can staind improve.
i went from someone who never exercised outside of mowing the grass to completing 8 of the 6 WEC since i have been on this board. missed the 9th one by one day! that's over a year of committed exercise. i've accomplished cllmbing all the virtual buildings and am working on the mountains.
in the grand scheme of things, i've done well over the last year. i've added dumbberlls
and the stability work and still enjoy riding my stationary bike.
and in the mean time, i've managed to start some challenges so everyone has another chance to join something they might enjoy doing. i've passed the torch for running those challenges to saty, profitweb, tamariah and others and now i see the torch being passed to even more members.
so do i deserve this? isn't it hard for us to sit back and pat ourselves on the back?
                              maybe deserved, maybe not.
but thankful that someone took the time to search out what i did and thought i have made a difference with some of you? yes, i am thankful for that.

you guys have made my day. thank you.
