      Thanks everyone!!!! Sorry I haven't been around that past couple of days, I've been working and planning our wedding so haven't had much time to go online! But yeah, it's a great feeling to know I've reached my goal. So far I'm not having any trouble staying at my goal weight.

      I think the secret for me is everything in moderation. Before I started this WOE I was eating HUGE portions of pasta, rice or bread...and didn't even notice the carb count in anything. I tried cutting out fat, which didn't work, obviously my fat intake wasn't the problem. So I've learned to eat much smaller portions of grains and just to be careful about how much I'm eating in general. I swear by fitday, it's a great tool. Also, I seem to have no trouble having a cheat day, then going right back onto this WOE. I don't go on binges. If it's been a couple weeks since I've had anything "bad"....I'll set a day for that, eat what it is I've been wanting, then go back onto this WOE the next day with no issues. It's great!
