Hi Bluebelt. Thanks for the compliments. Yes!!! You can achieve this if you follow the plan. And even when you come across a stall, just keep at and it'll come off again and again. I have learned so much from my friends here at ADBB. You will too.

WOW your an inspiration to me I have 50 lbs left to go and I will tell you I am a bit of a rut right now I think I need to get back on induction. Not that I have gone completely off but I have been eatting peanuts and it seems to have stalled my weight loss. Halloween was really difficult but I got through with out 1 piece of candy.

tacfla, it seems to be the pattern around here. Most people here have troubles with nuts. That definetely stalled me for a whole month. I wish I could've figured it out right away, but I was enjoying those almonds too much. I guess I was just in denial. LOL! Good luck with the next 50. You'll do just fine.

Hoping. Thanks for the compliment on looking thinner. Everyone tells me that, but little do they know....... We will all get there sooner than later.

Elsy, You look fantastic!!! I just had a baby in Oct. and my post partum weight was 255. I knew I had to do something about my weight b/c of no energy!!! and found atkins. THis diet was a God send. b/c now I have just enough energy to do everything I need too. and I know I should gain even more with more weight loss.

I'm motivated by your story and can't wait to see you at goal!!!

Just curious...do you take vitamins? I take all my b's along with A and C. but that's all.

Hi there and nice to meet ya. Congrats on the baby! 225 is not bad compared to my 265 post partum weight. LOL! But anyhow, yes it's been a real struggle. Hey, but anything is possible. The great thing is that you did find Atkins. The best thing ever. I'm glad I inspired to do this too and I hope I don't disappoint you. It's been especially hard for me lately, but nevertheless, I'm not giving up this WOL/WOE. Visit me at my journal anytime and keep me posted on your journey. Good luck!
