to show your stats, you need to add them to your signature.
use the Quick Links tab on the search bar above and choose Edit Signature. type in your stats and click save signature or submit. i forget which one it says.

You won't continue to loose as much as you did the first week, but the loss will be pretty constant. You are doning wonderful, keep up the great work. Make sure you get enough fat, protein and veggies to eat and you'll do fine.

wow. the weight that you have lost is within 8 lbs of my goal. i would just be in heaven if i could lose 12 lbs the first week, then i would only have 8 more to go. yowzer!

I have a lot more to lose than most, so that's probably why I lost so much the first week. I think I will averaging about 2# per week from now on though I am just following the WOE, nothing crazy.
