today is the first day of week 5, and as of yesterday am i was down 10 lbs.
i feel like i have lost a lot more though, as the pictures (can post later) are showing a pretty noticeable weight loss.
the scale has slowed WAY down though, only 3 lbs in the last 2 weeks.
i have been running the past 3 weeks, 3 days a week and also doing my wii fit so i suppose that the muscle being built could be slowing the weight loss.. is that right? or am i just making excuses to make myself feel better. lol
i'm eating clean, about 20-25 carbs a day (of veggies) and drinking a crap load of water.
