Hi, I have been on Atkins for a year and four months. I have lost 52 lbs and have gained back 4. I have been working out of town for the past 6 weeks and I can't seem to get back in the swing of things. I won't be back home until July 30! I need some encouragement. I still have 55-60 lbs I want to loose. Any advice is welcomed!!! I need a new strategy, new recipes!!

One thing I do if I feel myself slipping is to remember back to the days and weeks when I first started. How much better I felt...the weight coming off and etc. You might want to check out the STAC (second time around club I think is what it means) they have some great threads there.
