Hey, I'm really excited to find a place that has so many people to help support you on this diet. I did Atkins once before about 2 years ago when I was 20 and lost 50 lbs, but of course being young and turning 21 I gained back about 40. So now I am back on Atkins. This time around though I'm not looking at it like a diet but a lifestyle change and so far...well truthfully that hasn't helped at all because I'm only 1 week in and pretty misserable, but I know it will get easier.

Current weight: 270
Goal weight: 150

I am exercising, I go hiking every weekend and I walk on the tredmill 4 times a week (OK OK 3 times a week, but sometimes 4). And I am a total water freak, I must drink atleast a gallon a day (my ONE good habit).
Well I hope to get to know you all, I know I will need the support.
