    Hey, I'm really excited to find a place that has so many people to help support you on this diet. I did Atkins once before about 2 years ago when I was 20 and lost 50 lbs, but of course being young and turning 21 I gained back about 40. So now I am back on Atkins. This time around though I'm not looking at it like a diet but a lifestyle change and so far...well truthfully that hasn't helped at all because I'm only 1 week in and pretty misserable, but I know it will get easier.
    my stats are
    Current weight: 270
    Goal weight: 150

    AHHHHHH!!!!!! I have a lot of work to do LOL

    I am exercising, I go hiking every weekend and I walk on the tredmill 4 times a week (OK OK 3 times a week, but sometimes 4). And I am a total water freak, I must drink atleast a gallon a day (my ONE good habit).

    Well I hope to get to know you all, I know I will need the support.

      Wecome. Did you see we have a couple of support groups that might interest you. The Second Time Around Club is for those of us who ...welll...you know, fell off the program . And Century Club for those who have more than 100 pounds to lose. Check them out, Im sure you'll have a great time and make lots of new friends.

        Hi Ashley. Welcome back to Atkins. So happy to have you on our team! The support and motivation you get from the ADBB is immeasurable. Jump in, join challenges, make friends, ask questions, read/learn form the many posts and have fun while you lose the inches and weight. Best wishes and keep us posted!

            So how's it going? You gave me some encouragement earlier and it sounds like we're about at the same point of starting. Hope you're feeling motivated and staying strong.               I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
