Well here I go

I tried this before and it worked but I fell off of it much to my ruin. So I am back again because the situation is untolerable. I have gained a bunch of weight real fast by huge lunches (blast the buffet) and eating all the wrong things as usual. I was playing paintball last summer and I bet I can't do it now.

So I joined up here and will be using this site as a motivator as I begin to hopefully start to disappear or at least cast a smaller shadow. So wish me luck and I'll be seeing you all around the site.
