Hi everyone!
I'm new to the board! I'll start off by telling you that I am a 5'2" female with a starting weight of 200lbs. (Unfortunately post-baby and post-breastfeeding) I really thought I was gonna lose a little of that after the whole pregnancy thing! My goal weight is 130lbs. I know that is a lot of weight to lose but I am so short....my BMI is way too high and I want to be healthy and fit again! Thanks for reading my first post! I look forward to using ya'll as a sounding board.
