Hello everyone, my name is PinkLady. I have had many failed attemts at atkins previously and now I am more determined than ever to succeed. I have taken several steps to make this success a reality. I am going to start this woe this Sunday. On the beginning of the week being that this is all about beginnings for me. These are my plans.
1. To get to my goal weight within a years time
2. To start exercising sunday as well, and to do it everyday.
3. To drink NOTHING except water being that before when I tried atkins I got addicted to things like diet soda's and crystal light.
4. To start a journal thread.
5. To make as many buddies as possible to help me reach my goal and help me stay encouraged.
With these things, I hope to have a successful way to my goal. I am looking forward to getting to know each and everyone of you more intently.
