  • Hello hello, I am Seaneen, and I am bounding in excitedly...

...to say HELLO! I have been on Induction for three days now, I made a commitment after being diagnosed with PCOS, reading the book, the support forums, the website- finally decided enough was enough!

I'm 19 years old, I'm from Ireland but moved to London two years ago, at the moment I'm 168lbs and want to get down to 105- not a ridiculous target for a 4ft 9" girlie like me

It's working out fine so far- I am getting a little bored with my choices but reading this forum is helping as I'm discovering new ways of cooking things which will make everything that bit more exciting! The part I'm finding most difficult is exercise- I am a lazy git by nature and it needs to change! I've been walking a little more and have pilates DVD I need to start doing. What I need most is motivation but reading here has been helping with that too.

Anyway, just a post to say hello, and that I'm happy to be here. :wave
    4ft 9", 20, F, restarted 1st May 2006

168/150/110, damn right I'm gonna get there!
