    Hi ya Everyone,

    Angie here 20 from the UK. I started my diet exactly a week ago. I have been doing alright on my own, but came online to look for some support.. I am sooo glad i found this site with all you amazing inspiring people who are well on their way!!! (YO GO!)

    I HAVE NOT weighed myself yet. I am going to do a weigh in every 2 weeks. I have quite abit to lose so i don't wanna set myself goals that are way out off reach.

    START WEIGHT: 214lbs
    1ST MINI GOAL: 196LBS

    So anyway, here i am!! Hello to everyone here & hope we can support each other the best we can!

    LETS BE BIG LOSERS TOGETHER! lol

        You'll have some of your own before/afters before you know it! It is also a great idea to take starting measurements for when the scale is not playing.

          Welcome to the ADBB!

          I see that you have met Alexa - she is a UK'er, too. And yes, she does look fabulous! I love the link that she gave you with the tips for newbies... thanks Alexa! I'll be passing that around, too.

          I think it's great that you won't be hopping on the scale everyday... it can mess with your head. Make sure to take some measurements, because that is a better gauge of fat loss. And my favorite way to gauge fat loss is by keeping a piece of clothing that is too small, and watching it become too big.

          I'll give you a few more links that you may find helpful. The first one is to a website that a lot of us use for recipes. The rest are to some of the forums on this board. Good luck!

                Okay 1st of all, you all look gorgeous in your pics. I have taken measurments. And have just made an "easy" exercise plan for the 1st 2 weeks. I will add more when i get abit fitter! :P

                I am going to browse some posts now & get some tips and stuff!

                PS,
                I thought that i could have any mayonaise, but just found out the 1 i've been having all week has hidden sugars!!!! So i'm off to find 1 that don't or maybe a recipe how i can make my own!
