    HELLO!!!I HAVE BEEN READING THIS BOARD FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS NOW ITS THE FRIST THING I LOOK AT IN THE MORINING.IT REALLY HAS HELPED ME TO SEE OTHER PEOPLE HAVE THE SAME CONCERNS I DO!WELL MY STORY IS MY HUSBAND TOOK A PICTURE OF ME THE OTHER DAY AND I WAS HORRIFED AT HOW FAT I REALLY AM.I SPEND SO MUCH TIME TELLING MYSELF THAT I AM NOT THAT BIG AND I STAY ACTIVE SO I MUST BE FINE.BUT IN REAL LIFE I WAS 286LBS AND 5'3"TALL.SO I MADE UP MY MIND TO LOOSE SOME WEIGHT AND STARTED ON ATKINS HAS OF JUNE 2ND AND SO FAR I HAVE LOST 16 LBS.THIS IS NOT MY FIRST TIME ON ATKINS BUT IT WILL BE MY LAST!I HAD TO HAVE MY HUSBAND HIDE THE SCALES LAST NIGHT BECAUSE I WAS GETTING ON THEM EVERY TIME I WENT TO THE BATHROOM AND AFTER A GALLON OF WATER A DAY THAT WAS ABOUT EVERY FIFTEEN MINS LOL.THANKS FOR THIS BOARD!!!

      Great job on the 16 pounds. Scales are evil though so I'm happy they're safely tucked away now

              Great start, Way to go. Sometimes seeing a picture is hard - I had that happen recently too.
