Hello!

My name is Marcy and a new resident in Texas. This is my third real try with Atkins. I have lost weight and felt great all three times. I get stressed out with something and start gaining it back again. SOO during this major stress of having to be in my best friends wedding and graduating college both this summer I am going to try to do this again...for the last time!!!!!!! The first time around I used AOL's atkins support board and it was great support!! So I know I need that support this time around and if anyone needs support, get ahold of me

Welcome back! Well, you already know Atkins works. You also know it's not a quick fix. I'm 10 lbs from goal myself, so I've yet to walk the talk ... of getting to my goal and staying there via the Atkins WOE. Anyway, if you want support you're in the right place!

its very hard to get the ball rolling after much success then a big fall off.
but here i am too trying to get back on again.
