    HI,

    I am new I really do not know how the site works I am trying to get use to it.

    Well, I started atkins about 1 year ago. I lost about 40 pounds. I am now only maintaing.

    I need to get out of thie rut. I have added cards back but only no sugar carbs.

    It feels like I forgot how to do it again.

    I need help and advise as I need to loose 30 pounds more hopefully before the summer.

    I stated at about 202 1 year ago. I am about 162 now. I want to be at 130.

    You have don great. If you are not losing - you have to start to drop carbs till you are under your CCLL again and find that losing form. Did you find your CCLL? Also exercise helps speed up metabolism.

      These boards are addictive! It allows us to all become a community of like-minded people! You have done very well - but if that success is holding you back - get going! Think about why you want to get into the 130's - make that your big hairy WHY. You will find that if your "WHY" is big enough, it will serve as the greatest motivator there is! Remember that Atkins is not a quick fix- it is a way of eating for life!
