Hello misplaced southerner : )
I just added the treadmill last Tuesday and going 1 mile a day
about 24 minutes, next week is to get to 1.5 miles, and the
week after I will aim for 2 miles.
I also lift moderate weights 3 days a week.
Thought I would get back into it slowly and not wake up
the next day super sore. So far so good.
