  • Brand spankin new! Help puuhhleeeeaasseee!

So here's the dealio. I am starting Induction tomorrow and am STOKED on it.

I want to post my meals that I am going to be eating and hopefully get your guys' expert opinion so you can help me fight the fat/cellulite/budonkadonk.

Right now I weigh 144 and my goal is 110. I was going to chop off a limb to lose the weight but I figured I'd try Atkins first

MMMMkkkkk before I ramble anymore I shall let ya'll know what my meals for tomorrow will be.

    Breakfast:
    4 egg whites
    2 strips turkey bacon
    1C spinach
    4 cherry tomatoes
    1oz cheddar cheese

    Snack:
    1 hard boiled egg

    Lunch:
    4oz pork tenderloin

    Snack:
2oz Brie (yummmmmmmmm AND is this type of cheese allowed)

    Dinner:
    Filet Mignon

Thank you guys so much for your help. Reading all your posts has been very helpful so please give me your advice as I want to lose this weight just as bad as you guys do!!!

Welcome. It is better for you to post your menus on the Review my Menu thread, so look for it and you will have much better response. But since you started here, I am happy to look it over for you.

At first glance, I see you do not have enough veggies. You should have 3 cups a day. Two of the allowed salad veggies (and don't make it all lettuce) and one cup of another vegetable. You are also probably low on fat. This is a high fat diet. You need the fat for the plan to work. I suggest using fitday.com to check. Your diet should be about 65% fat, 5% carbs and 30% protein on Induction.

You can find the list of allowed veggies and other foods in the Induction stickies.

Also you didn't mention plain water, but you should drink a MINIMUM of 64 ounces a day of plain pure water.

Cheese is limited to 3-4 ounces a day (no problem) but some people find it can slow them down.

If you haven't read the book, it is worth putting in the time to do it. Wishing you success.

It's not about the results. Its about the process.

Thank ya'll so much. Question though, do you guys count the carbs in meats and eggs? I started FitDay and it says that some of the meat I eat has carbs and of course whole eggs have carbs so do you add that to your 20 carb allowance for the day? Thank you!
