    okay-i am going to try to add more broccoli to my diet 3x a week which should put me at 25 carbs a day 3x a week and then 20 on the other 4. man- i hope this works. my weight loss has already slowed down, but i haven't been to the gym this week and *ahem* i may be a touch hormonal and that may be effecting my scale. i don't know why this makes me nervous.
