I'm back......again

Hello everyone,

My name is Bobby. I'm 25 years old from Nashville, TN. I've been on atkins before and had great success. I never got close to my goal weight but i'm ready to give it another go. I have got to really stick with it this time. I'm sure updating everyone on my week by week loss will help motivate me this time around. At my highest weight I was 355 and my low from being on Atkins was 279.....then i stopped....WHY?!?!?!?....lol That's been almost 2 years ago. My weigh in is in the morning but I feel sad to say i'm about 320-330. Here are some current pictures. Ready for the diet to start tomorrow!

Welcome back –

Don’t compare what happened “the last time” to what you do this time -- this time give it your all - follow the plan and move up the Rungs when it's time slowly so you can get to your goal and stay there. Instead of thinking of this as a "diet" we think of it as a lifetime way of eating -- it's something you don't "quit".

Follow the plan the way it is written – hopefully you have a copy of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR). Start exercising right away, drink plenty of pure water (64 ounces minimum daily – nothing added) and you’ll be on your way to loosing before you know it – don’t forget to get all your vegetables in daily!.

Make a copy of this list http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/atkins-low-carb-dieting-faqs/6781-what-foods-can-eaten-induction.html - take it with you when you go to the store. If a food isn’t listed on the acceptable food list don’t eat it. Learn to read the label on all foods you buy - don’t just look at the “carb” number look at the ingredients list of everything and check the ingredients against your list. Just because it says "low carb" doesn't mean you can eat it. Also check for hidden sugars (learn the names used in place of the word “sugar”).
