Just want to intoruduce myslef to everyone here, my name is Ivette. I am looking forward to my weight loss journey as well as finding a few good friends/support system along the way for encouragement.

I hope you’ve read the 2002 Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR), it’s the book we follow on this bulletin board.

Thank you Liv...I'm trying to get the hang of all the interesting things here so it has taken me some time to get my stats up; however, I did begin on 09/02/09@ 249.8 and as of today 09/09/09 I'm @ 239.8 I am looking forward to my goal of 165lbs.

I truly appreciate you reaching out and welcoming me thank you soooo much.
