I JUST started Atkin's at midnight. That may sound strange but I work from 4:30 pm to 5am lol. I have been on it once before when I was 14/15 and lost ~20 lbs in 3 mos. What made me decide to do this was I went clothes shopping yesterday and hadn't realized how much I lost. As of July 09 I was pushing the scales ~290 and started losing weight without trying. At the current I'm 220ish. Back to the clothes shopping: I'm currently in a 14 (BARELY!) jean and XL top so it shocked me to go to the "skinny" side and actually find a few shirts that fit but with one problem: I have a belly and I KNOW it was primarily caused by all the carbs I WAS so fond of scarfing down when I got in from work. I do good to eat one meal a day; slice of pizza whatever. I don't eat much but I do tend to take it by sprees when I can eat the walls off the house. Am hoping and praying to hit my FINAL target weight by useing Atkins.
