    Hi everyone,
    I've started aktins a week ago and I lost 8 lbs since then. I fell off the wagon and cheated a few times durning this week so I lost nothing. I am yo-yoing back and forth between 182-183. But its probably because I haven't been exercising either this week. Today is Friday, and I am determine to start exercising again.

    Well... if you cheated, it's not surprising.

      Sometimes you think you are ready to commit and just aren't. Keep trying. That day will come when something just turns on and you are finally ready to make it happen. BUT you should be examining why you are cheating. That will help you avoid those situations in the future or help you determine alternative behaviors if your eating is emotional. Keep at it. Work on it. Atkins works if you do.
