    Hello all!
    I am back after being off Atkins for two years. I quit after getting a new (and extremely stressful job) where I worked all kinds of wierd hours. I got lazy, basically and gave up. And gained everything I lost and plenty more back. SO....after finally getting fed up with my bored eating, and over eating, and eating all and any kind of crap foods I could...I am here. I am determined!!
    I also have a gym membership and a gym buddy!
    I am done with week one technically. But have had a rough start getting my brain geared to what I am supposed to eat, and planning ahead. So tomorrow I am holding myself strictly to the diet, and ready to begin!

      Failure is only a fact when you give up. Everyone gets knocked down, the question is: Will you get back up?

        welcome back, i have started and quit before too.....but im glad i seen the light and am back and losing...the support here is great and its even better you also have a gym buddy. Good luck and Happy losing...

            Hi and welcome back to Atkins --

            Congratulations on making the decision to get back on plan! I hope you have the 2002 DANDR (Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution) - it's the edition we follow on this site. Exercise, take a no-iron vitamin and drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water. Check Linda's recipe site – wonderful recipes that will keep you from eating the same thing over and over --
