1st - Commit to going back to induction for the next 2 weeks:
a) Eat only foods on the acceptable list.
b) Drink 8 glasses of water a day, nothing else counts
c) Exercise, even if its a walk around the block or sitting in a chair - do something
d) Take your supplements
2nd - Post your results, include your successes and failures, your highs and lows, what worked and what didn't work
3rd Support your team mates.
Then find the little thingy that says JOIN and click it.
