i have not jumped on the scale yet...
but i feel good. today i was a bit tired. i work nights so my schedule is messed up. i work 7 on 7 off ten hour shifts. any way for breakfast i have been eating 3 egg whites with morningstar - vetgetarian sausage, tomato and avacado and mushrooms, and the low carb wrap. instead of using bread for lunch and dinner i use lettuce and make wraps. so i have eaten tuna fish on lettuce with avacado and tomato its so delish!!
tonight for dinner i have salmon patty with lettuce and a tomato. im diggin this low carb. last night i had so much energy and the last two days i was getting those hot flashes. im having a hard time sticking to the regimine of only 20 carbs / day but i keep it under thirty. im waiting for my off week so i can get super strict on it. i am doing really well though. i am going to weigh myself tomorrow morning. wish me luck you all!!
